Littoral 2012 - Coasts of tomorrow, 27 - 29 November 2012, Oostende, Belgium

The City of Oostende, at the heart of Belgium’s coast, will proudly host the 11^th Littoral conference, the biannual international conference of the Coastal and Marine Union – EUCC and EUROCOAST, from 27 – 29 November 2012. Coastal practitioners, researchers and policy makers are invited to submit abstracts concerning their best-practice examples or research projects related to any of the four themes of the conference: nature conservation in coastal areas (1), coastal productivity (2), innovation in on-/nearshore infrastructure (3), measuring sustainability in coastal areas (4).
