To learn more about eutrophication and its causes and consequences ISECA created some educational "tools". The tools are also intended to create public awareness on the human impact on water quality in the North Sea (and other waters). Teachers, coast guides, scientists, policy makers and even general public can use it to expand their knowledge about the eutrophication phenomenon in general.

Every tool consists of three sections describing it:

   2. Experiment
   3. Target group
