Description
Data from the study was to determine the influence of ydrographical phenomena on the temporal evolution of the zooplankton populations. more

As part of the RADIALES project, 3 neritic sites south of Mallorca, near Cala Figuera cape were sampled monthly for a period of 6 years. The study was carried out to determine the influence of medium scale hydrographical phenomena on the temporal evolution of the zooplankton populations, both seasonally as interannual. For this purpose monthly vertical samples have been taken along a N/S transect at 3 different depths: 75m, 100m and 200m. Meteorology data and a CTD profile were registered. Mesozooplankton and ictioplankton was collected with different net types and mesh sizes.
