Abstract
    The thesis of L.Dollo is based on five special arguments:a) Weak dentition b) Orbites turned upwards c) Basioccipital canal and hypoblasilare d) Short torax, strong anterior fin e) Tympanic calcified gill-cover. None of these arguments is valid in an absolute way.
