The North Sea Conference may be a convenient opportunity to hold a meeting with other attendants, while everyone is together in Ostend. VLIZ offers the opportunity to host these back-to-back meetings at its office building InnovOcean Campus. The building is located at the Jacobsenstraat in Ostend, just a short tram ride from the city centre.
You are welcome on Monday 30 November, Tuesday morning 1 December, and Friday 4 December. We will provide coffee, tea and water. A sandwich lunch can be reserved at 17.50 EUR per person (optional).
If you wish to request a meeting room, please submit the meeting request form no later than 28 June. You will receive a confirmation per email no later than 10 July 2026.
