Student verification

To qualify for student rates, note that you will need to be a registered student at the time of the conference. Please use your student email address. you must be enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited institution. From October onwards, we will contact students to provide proof of your student status for the academic year 2026-2027 (copy of student ID or letter from your institution). 
PhDs are seen as professionals, and cannot register under the student fee. 

 

Special requirements

During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to indicate your dietary restrictions, accessibility needs or other special requirements.

We are committed to making this conference accessible and inclusive for all participants.

 

VAT information

During registration, you will be asked to provide a VAT number for billing purposes. If you are registering as a private individual and do not require an invoice addressed to an institute or company, please enter “N/A” in this field. In all other cases, the VAT number of your institute or company is required.

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received by November 1, 2026 will receive a full refund, minus a 50€ processing fee.
Cancellations received between November 2, 2026 and November 20, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after November 20, 2026. 

Registration may be transferred to another person at no additional costs. In this case, please contact the organizing committee.
