Abstract
    This work aims at ameliorating the semi-dry food (formulation of Medrap 1985) which gives variable results in the breeding of sea-bass and sea-bream. It consists of conceiving a reproductible process of making settlet pellets, based on pounding and sifting a raw material, reajusting and addition of certain essential nutriments. This work permitted the elaboration of food, the granulometry of which varies between 0.5 and 6.0 mm.
