Abstract
Regeneration experiments in addition to growth's study regeneration of limb bud, place in prominent position the influence of the pattern of regeneration on the sequence of post-autotomy molting cycle events. The regeneration interest only one walking leg (single regeneration) or six walking legs (multiple simple regeneration) on normal spider crabs Acanthonyx lunulatus and on eyestalkless animals in multiple simple regeneration. Sear tissue formation and the blastem formation processes induce slackening or pause of molting cycle. Post-autotomy molting cycle become longer on single regeneration while it is shortened on multiple simple regeneration. An elaborate study shows that total duration of molting cycle does not express each stage duration on single regeneration or multisimple regeneration. In eyestalkless spider crabsAcanthonyx lunulatus, the multiple autonomy does not induce accelerated effects.
