| Abstract |
Through survey of Euphysora from Minnan-Taiwan Shoal fishing ground upwelling region, Luoyuan Bay and varied islands waters of Fujian, Datan Bay of Hong Kong and the Bohai sea since 1985, five new species of Euphysora were found, i.e., Euphysora apiciloculifera sp. nov., Euphysora interogna sp. nov., Euphysora macrobulbus sp. nov, Euphysora crassocanalis sp. nov., Euphysora taiwanensis sp. nov., and two new records in China seas, i.e., Euphysora abaxialis Kramp, 1962 and Euphysora verrucosa Bouillon, 1978. All type specimens are deposited in the Department of Oceanography, Xiamen University. |
