| Abstract |
The authors describe 12 seaweeds that have not been collected previously from the French coasts of the Channel: The Chlorophyceae Rosenvingiella polyrhiza, Ulothrix palusalsa, U. speciosa, Ulva pseudocurvata, U. scandinavica, Urospora bangioides, the Phaeophyceae Isthmoplea spaerophora, Pogotrichum filiforme and Stictyophon cf.soriferus and the Rhodophyceae Aglothamnion roseum, Ceramium shuttleworthianum and Rhodomela confervoides. Ecological data are added to the morphological and anatomical description. |
