Abstract |
5-Bromoverongamine (2), a novel antifouling tyrosine alkaloid has been isolated together with 5-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroimidazo[1,5-c]pyrimidine (1) from a Caribbean Sea specimen of the marine sponge Pseudoceratina sp. Its structure was determined on the basis of its spectral properties. |
