Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn, sponsored by the ASSEMBLE Plus Consortium and the European community, are organising a course on "Metabarcoding and metagenomic data processing and analyses: A practical overview". 

The event will be held at Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn from 3rd to 7th February 2020.

This course is intended for unexperienced students, scientists and stakeholders interested in acquiring practical bioinformatics skills on metabarcoding and metagenomic data analyses. 20 participants will be selected based on their CV and motivation letter.

The registration fee is 250 euros/person and includes coffee breaks, lunches and social events.
