Abstract
Ceratonereis tentaculata Kinberg, C. excisa (Grube), and C. singularis Treadwell, previously referred to C. mirabilis Kinberg, are retained. Nephtys magellanica Augener is redescribed. Ceratonereis longicirrata, Nephtys simoni, and Goniada multidentopsis, n. spp. from Florida and nearby areas are described. A key is provided for species similar to Ceratonereis mirabilis.
