Registration information

Registrations and payments received after August 14, will be charged an extra fee (£50) to cover administrative costs.



The registration form has been designed to make it user friendly and easy to complete.  Please complete all information required.  You need to complete a separate registration form for each person if you are registering as a group.  You can indicate that there will be an accompanying person(s) on your registration form, but a separate registration form and payment will have to be completed for each person. 

Registration covers the cost of lunch and coffee/tea breaks, audio-visual, use of facilities, and the banquet on Thursday evening.  For accompanying persons the registration covers the cost of lunch and coffee/tea breaks and the banquet on Thursday evening.


Important Registration Costs and Dates

The cost for Pre-Early Registration is before 1 November 2014 and includes: £380 for FEPS members and £430 for non-FEPS members. The cost for Early Registration is before 1 March 2015 and includes: £430 for FEPS members and £480 for non-FEPS members. Late registration is after 1 March 2015 and includes: £480 for FEPS members and £530 for non-FEPS members..  Student registration is £300 and Accompanying Persons is £150, regardless if you register Pre-early, Early or Late. Please kindly note that the registration rate you selected will only be available if the payment is completed before the exact due date. Your registration rate will be automatically adjusted to the later one when no payment is received before the deadline. Registrations later than April 15 will not be considered for the official programme. 



After you have selected your registration fee and any other choices, you will be asked for the form of payment and at the end of the form the total costs will be shown.  Click yes to the agreement and submit the form.  You will then be directed to the form of payment that you have selected.



All registrants wanting to present posters or deliver oral presentations should submit their abstract using the abstract form. Please proceed to submit your abstracts after you registered and payment has been made.  We accept two abstracts maximum per registered participant. Oral presentations will be selected from the submitted abstracts by the scientific committee after April 15, 2015 (deadline abstract submission).


Arrival and Departure

Please plan to arrive by Sunday afternoon, 23 August 2015. A sponsored wine and canapé reception will be held early evening.  This is an opportunity to see your friends and to make new friends.  The Congress will end on Friday, 28 August no later than 5.00 pm. The banquet will be held on Thursday, 27 August, 2015.



The Novotel Hotel (four-star) is the Congress venue. Rooms (at a reduced rate) have been reserved for Congress registrants. You have to contact the hotel directly for your room reservation. Web links are provided for other accommodation in London.
