Abstract
By acquiring transcriptome, fitness and environmental data of copepods across a spatio-temporal scales within and between generations we can assess the impact of the changing environmental parameters within climate change on patters of gene expression, plasticity in gene expression and potential to local adaptation and relate this to fitness and population health.
