Abstract
Marine populations around Madagascar Island present a pattern of structuring. Objectives are to (i) investigate the genetic diversity, historical demography and population structure of chosen key species, (ii) investigate the level of gene flow, (iii) estimate the location of diversity hotspot and (iv) suggest a spatial arrangement of MPAs.
