Abstract
Engina androyensis sp. nov. is described from Madagascar and Engina magnifica sp. nov. from Mozambique, both are compared to E. natalensis (Melvill, 1895). Retizafra fasciata Bozzetti, 2009 from Madagascar is recognized as belonging to Engina Gray, 1839, transferred to Buccinidae and compared to Engina androyensis sp. nov.
