Abstract
    In addition to redescriptions of Acanthochondria priacanthi Shiino, 1964 from Cookeolus japonicus (Cuvier, 1829) (Eupercaria/misc [= Eupercaria incertae sedis], Priacanthidae) and Brachiochondria pinguis Shiino, 1957 from Takifugu niphobles (Jordan & Snyder, 1901) (Tetraodontiformes, Tetraodontidae), Apodia himei gen. et sp. nov. and A. owstoniae sp. nov. are described from Hime japonica (Günther, 1877) (Aulopiformes, Aulopidae) and Owstonia taeniosoma (Kamohara, 1935) (Eupercaria incertae sedis, Cepolidae), respectively, and Monopodia laeopsi gen. et sp. nov. is described from Laeops kitaharae (Smith & Pope, 1906) (Pleuronectiformes, Bothidae).
