Abstract
    Observations on the evolution of the four-cell group of the vegetative pole in four species of Eurystomatous Bryozoa embryos. These macromeres are the origin of a part of the sub-epithelial larval tissues; any general cavity or initial coelomic trimery never appears with or without endoderm genesis.
