| To implement the law on the protection of the marine environment in the marine areas under Belgian jurisdiction, several royal decrees have to be drafted, in particular implementing art. 8 (iii) (limitation of shipping in marine protected areas) and art. 10, § 1 and 2, 13 and 14 (protection of species). This study was made by instruction of the Ministry for Social Affairs, Health and Environment. |
