Abstract
Spirorbis marioni and Pileolaria berkeleyana are recorded in the Atlantic for the first time. The former is confined to major ports in the Canary Islands, but forms dense populations there. The latter is sparse but more widespread, and may be conspecific with a small species occasionally recorded near Plymouth as Pileolaria heteropoma var. glabra.
