Until 2025, De Grote Rede was an information magazine on coast and sea for the region of Flanders and its surroundings - published by the Flanders Marine Institute. With three major contributions and nine regular features, De Grote Rede offered its readers a varied but objective view of current knowledge about the coast, sea and ocean and explains research and policy. The magazine was published twice a year. In November 2025, the last issue was published. All articles stay available through this webpage.
