YOUR TASKS
- You manage the administrative and budgetary aspects of a portfolio of projects.
- You work with colleagues and scientific project managers to efficiently manage funding streams such as Horizon Europe, EDIDP, Interreg, national and international tenders.
- In tandem with the scientific project manager, you monitor project finances and act as a link internally with accounting, administration and HR and externally with the project partners.
- You use the ERP system for project follow-up, analysis and reporting.
- You assist in drawing up project proposals and ensure compliance with EU policy, strategies and financial regulations.
- Your responsibilities will grow in line with your abilities and ambitions, giving you plenty of scope for further development.

YOUR PROFILE
- You have (at least) a bachelor's degree level of thinking.
- You work analytically, critically and accurately, with an eye for detail.
- You have strong numerical insight and enjoy delving into financial and administrative processes. Experience in (inter)national research projects is a plus, but eagerness to learn and motivation to learn on the job are certainly also important.
- You work in a structured manner and can follow up on multiple projects simultaneously, even when deadlines are approaching.
- You are proficient with Office applications, particularly Excel.
- You communicate professionally and collegially, both with internal colleagues and external partners.
- You have a strong command of English. Knowledge of Dutch or a willingness to learn Dutch is expected from those who are not yet fluent.
