| Abstract |
The Zoological Institute of the University of Rome carried out investigations on the phreatic water faunas in the Near East, the main purpose of which was to elucidate whether there exist relict farms too. The present paper includes a list of Oligochaeta collected in several wells of Turkey and descriptions of three new species of Tubificids as well. |
