| Abstract |
A new species of the genus Oxyurostylis is described from the Cuban waters. The noticeable hump on the back of the penultimate segment of the pereon easily distinguishes this species. The new species is the sixth known of the genus recorded for the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea, as well as the tenth known worldwide. |
