Abstract
    Freezing-point, concs of Cl-, SO4--, Na+, K+, Ca++ and Mg++> electrolytes are determined on coelomic fluid of Nereis diversicolor placed in 4 different salinities. Osmotic regulation and ionic regulation are at work together in the coelomic fluid of N. diversicolor. Ionic regulation is effective for all the ions.
