| Abstract |
The faunistic study of a collection of Bryozoans obtained during the operations of Fauna I survey in the Alboran Sea, Straits of Gibraltar and Gulf of Cadiz has allowed the identification of 3 species of the order Ctenostomida and 36 species and 1 genus of the suborder Anascina (order Cheilostomida). It is advisable to emphasize the identifications of Rosseliana baeticaensis n. sp., Chartella tenella (Hincks), first record in the Atlantic, Chartella calveti (Guerin-Ganivet), reported for the first time on the Iberian coast and Hincksinoflustra elongata (Cook), new record on the European coast. |
