Abstract

Strategic Infrastructure for improved animal Tracking in European Seas (STRAITS) zal de lopende akoestische trackingprojecten in de vier hoeken van Europa (d.w.z. Noordkanaal, Deense zeestraten, Zeestraten van Gibraltar en de Bosporus/Dardanellen) versterken door de inspanningen uit te breiden om initiatieven op het gebied van soortgebaseerd biodiversiteitsbeheer met elkaar te verbinden en tegelijkertijd databeheerplannen en netwerkkanalen te ontwikkelen om gegevens te leveren aan nationale en internationale bestuursorganen.
