Abstract
    Meischcandona gen. nov., and Meischcandona boitanii sp. nov. are described from Mali. The new genus is characterized by a 5-segmented antennula and a reduced posterior furcal claw. The morphology and taxonomy of the new genus are discussed, and a key to the genera of the subfamily Candoninae is presented.
