Abstract |
For the first time in Brittany, the aorid amphipod Grandidierella japonicaStephensen, 1938 is reported in the Noyalo River (Gulf of Morbihan). The find-ing of ovigerous females suggests a well-established, self-sustaining population. Similarly to other European localities, we hypothesise that the shellfish farming industry is the main vector of introduction. |
